1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange non-customized items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

2. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Please note that custom-made or bespoke instruments (personalized laser engravings, specific material grades, or private label branding) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment or bank transfer.
